Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Tammy Krieger is focused on helping IP groups achieve excellence through thoughtful operational strategies to reduce risk, increase value, and contain costs. She works closely with her Customer Success team to understand what makes each of our clients unique and make sure the solutions and services we deliver are tailored to their needs.
Tammy brings nearly thirty years of experience in IP operations and strategy. Having spent a third of her career each in law firms, corporate in-house and IP service providers, she has worn almost every hat from docketing all the way to advising the largest patent owners on worldwide patent practices and operational strategies.
Over the course of her years in IP she has gained broad experience in successful management of complex change initiatives coordinating across multiple jurisdictions and vendors. A seasoned executive, Tammy plays a critical role in deconstructing complexity and building consensus among stakeholders.
Tammy comes to Quartz IP after a brief hiatus from Intellectual Property, where she served as Vice President of Client Success at RainFocus, an event technology company. Previously, she served as Regional Director of Client Success at Anaqua, a provider of intellectual property software and services. Before that, she worked at Lee & Hayes, leading a team in business and IP valuation and analysis. She has also held roles as VP of Products at IP Street, and Group Manager, Patent Operations, for Microsoft. While at Microsoft Tammy was instrumental in building a global operations department responsible for managing strategic outcomes in more than 40 countries.
Tammy holds an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Seattle.
